Since the current source supplies 40 W, the voltage across it can be found by

 

Solve for voltage

Since the positive probe is on top and the current source is providing power, the voltmeter will read +20 V

 

Since the current source must provide 2 A going counter clockwise, with the Positive terminal on the left, the ammeter will read -2 A

 

The voltmeter will read +20 V.

The ammeter will read -2 A.
