P 3.8-3 The circuit of Figure P 3.8-3 was built in the lab and vo was measured to be 6.25 V. Verify this measurement using the voltage divider principle.

So No!  If the resistances of the resistors are off slightly, perhaps you might get 6.25 V, but if the resistors are accurate, you will get 6.40 V!
