Begin by doing a source transformation of the 4 A source and the 8 resistor and the circuit now looks like

Now we can join the 8 and the 3 resistors and do a source transformation with the 32 V source and our circuit becomes

Combining the  sources result in a   which can transform with the 11 resistor and produce the circuit

Combine the two resistors and do a final transformation and you have a Norton Equivalent circuit
