Again let’s use source transformations to get to a Thevenin equivalent circuit.  First combine the two parallel capacitors and we get

Transform the voltage supply and the 40 resistor we get

Adding the two resistors 40 and 160 which are now in parallel

 

Transform the current source and the 32 resistor

Finally our Thevenin circuit is found by adding two resistors in series and we have
